- History – draw buildings in order of age to make a timeline
- Maths – draw pattern and symmetry
- Go on a trail of your local public art. Compare traditional statues with more contemporary sculpture. Draw them
- Investigate artists who work in the natural environment. Choose a site to make outdoor art works with natural materials. Make a colour palette or drawings on the ground with sticks, leaves or bark
