Bring art to unlikely places
Involve the local community by holding an event in an unusual or unlikely location:
a local square or park, the local library, shopping mall or even the beach. Aberdeen Art Gallery worked in
collaboration with the Conoca Natural History Centre and Duff House Gallery to hold an event in which young
people created art work in response to studying trees in nature and art. At the end of the Day, participants
released decorated, biodegradable balloons filled with seeds and their own art work.
